dying is just a transition as they say
a removal of the costume we wear
in this particular life's play
a change of expendable identity
discarded after the silver cord
is pulled and let's the curtain drop
releasing the player to his trod on the boards
sometime later in the world
until then
rehearsals rehearsals rehearsals
and no ending of preview jitters when
it dawns oh good God Almighty on some first night
it's showtime...forEVER!
