I'm killing myself to stay alive


why?


if life is eternal then why am I clinging

to a time and place gone

an instant after I experienced it?


I'm no different than anyone

and a consciousness of always now


must face the physical trauma of


the breaking of the silver cord

to survive and look back

on the illusion of life that chilled us

with its totality of self-projection


don't kill yourself to stay alive

stay alive beyond the grinding process of ignorance...


why?


because you are alive...
