how futile when all Reality
is the killing floor of some alleged 'Greater Glory'
every power-mad little nobody on earth imitates
in the hopes of being like their idea of God
craven unbearable ordinary tyrant
and what would you say?
what pompous corrections to some plan
too vast to be fully comprehended?
would you outlaw human nature?
would you submit to your own plan as well?
spare us the protest and join with us down here
we haven't been able to change a thing
and evidently neither have you...
