no help or love
unless we have given help and love

we make our own heavens and hells
to be brave and strong and wise enough
to understand and correct lies all and only
in our help and our love
for all beyond ourselves...
oh the toughest test of the ego
to acknowledge our Oneness
and find one's own salvation
in the loving of another...
