all I once knew to be true has turned false
a whole new world of souls has said so
they believe their eyes less than they believe mine
and they've said so with all the entitled arrogance
of a majority tempting to dispense with the wheel
and invent a plane that defies gravity
no I do not believe them
no I do not trust them
but my world has been torn down
and I am dumbfounded at how quickly
the long life of an age has passed
only a faker would dare express an opinion
welcome to a world of fakers
while I keep my thoughts to myself
seeking out my exit...
