collapse under the weight of their own lies?
who's ready for the hard new reality
that will see the eternal patterns
of Master and Slave scrambled yet again
in this fresh historical turning?
who will say it? who will know it?
who's ready to truly live
without the unjust Laws of blood-stained Power
and be responsible for cleaning up
their own shit?
who's ready to see beyond even
the transitional link of Transition Towns
who will yet draw the rascals of self
into the clean new air of progression?
who's ready to plant their own
for the good of all?
who's ready to find their own fortunes
in the riches of all?
who's finally ready to walk the talk
of peace and brotherhood?
sisterhood? loverhood? families taking
in all families yet retaining their personal stamp?
and who's ready to admit
that personal stamp is the weakest link of the chain?
the link through all the mischief always leaks in?
this may be one of the milestone eras in our earthly history
but who's ready to admit even this change is just one of many
on the way to an Ultimate we can only imagine
and try in the eternity of every single instant of life
to bring forth this fundamental condition
and make it manifest
even if it is only a way station on our way
to this Ultimate Realization?
who's ready?
none of us is ready
nothing on earth is forever
but to follow this mode is like contemplation
taking from the Infinite
that which sustains the soul
that corrects all past error
that affirms for all the Spirit of Life that stays with us
through all privation
for this we have always been ready...
