dark dreams again
rejection and possible danger
am I reading these right?
are they dreams of contrary
promising good fortune
after a harrowing trial?
or are they warnings
of some inevitable doom
that gouges every whit of some price
the Ineffable coldly demands?
...to hell with it...all these affairs
will turn out as they will
and my best course is to accept
and take my necessary fall...and afterward?....
