small the courage

against the large cycles of life

that tear us

by the One's decree


so hard to sing hosannas

to the One

bringing a sandaled heel

down on the neck


but if there truly is a purpose

to this deadening horror

then small courage might

be just enough


to avoid the fates of the Psychotically Supreme

who'll find out otherwise in their falls...
