my wish is a childish one


that we all wake up and realize the interdependence

of ourselves and the whole of creation


and that all our harms and all our defeats

were just the results of our grubby grasping wants


even if this is the Actual Reality of the One

to transcend all our selfish ignorant hurts


oh how we all ruin the Reality by reducing it

to our childish wishes...
