be of good cheer
the way will be clear
when your desolation and regret make you sure
that nothing you do will kill your soul
(unless of course you go out of your way
to kill all you touch to make God pay...
then the Outer Darkness swallows you whole)
but nothing you've done hurt anyone but you
but that will do damage to everyone too...
done to the least of Mine says He
means doing it as well to yourself and to be free
of that you must be assured
that this fever of self must be broken to be cured
so to those who've come this way before
if it all seems familiar then you must know
you have very opportunity to choose how to go
to find the way so you may return no more...
