a way forward this way

a retreat and another way forward that way

another backtrack

another pause while eyes scan a horizon


everywhere I've gone

looks the same as the previous place I've seen

and the last of all places will also be the same

for all the individual differences


the Essence of Life cannot be other than as it is

so I look at the various Outcomes

the unique combinations of persons and places

forging their destinies making their forevers


and Life is all of us passing each other

trying this way trying that way...
