all of us return to earth

until we finally 'get it'


I know I'll meet many of you

(God knows I've made such a botch


of things in my own life)

but despite the heartless of God


I am happy and love those with whom I've shared a path

(my enemies will take a little longer for sure)


but whatever I face going forward

it is the love we souls have shared


that have given this life its flavor

I hope that is alright with you Lord


we forgive ourselves and wait only to see

when You will forgive....
