everything’s going on but nothing is happening…try too hard and lose it…not try hard enough…and lose it…wait expectantly and be disappointed…turn your attention elsewhere and see it whizz by from the corner of your eye…or get it and either fuck it up yourself or be denied by your fate i.e. god’s vengeance? I admire you if you think you know what you’re doing…and despise you even more if you believe that you do…because everything’s going on but nothing is happening…and our efforts go down the same tube…whether we succeed or fail…now…what to make of that?
