one man's salvation is another man's downfall
but whose to say where grace most abounds?
in the downfall that opens gates to some redemption
or in the closed case of a finished perfection?
grace is useless if it does not prevail
and if you must be cleansed of error
before grace is bestowed then why bust your ass?
love and do what you will
that's all you can control...
the rest is the dangerous whim of God
who loves us but evidently not quite enough...
that's a lot of struggle for an allegedly "free gift"
but who are we but creatures contingent
on the whim of terrible power we call 'god'
