eyes swoop down from the moonless night
some demon in bat wings dresses up
to ensure my attention
while angels glowing steps away watch
for an outcome acceptable to their functions
the take-away is that good triumphant is still
weak tea against the horrible judgment
that allows you to be spotted as if by night vision goggles
