just think of a life with "god"


we'll make mistakes and learn from them

and heal what we've hurt in the instant


and not have some tyrant interfere with our amendment

because "He" demands obedience


("demands"...a sure sign "He" is unworthy of obedience)

but this is as life is and we cannot undo any of it


oh the love and beauty that would be without this vain phantom
