gray morning in almost winter
(my favorite kind of morning...
was I sojourning in northern lands
in some previous pass through the earth?)
and all the past is consumed and no way to stay
there...it's time has passed...
and the unknown future opens at every oncoming instant
on our way to to yet another spring dawn...soon enough....
