I waited

common as the air

to see the

precession

take me

as far as it would

before I grew too big

to be carried

it took years

to realize

all my experience was

just the kicked-up dust

of the whole progress

as it went by...

there is only amazement

as how quickly

the moment faded

into its place in my view

this being all

I get for waiting

the Inevitable

shows its ass again...
