I've found in my experience that too often

the fortunate have a callous on the heart...

and so have no comprehension of or compassion for

the sufferings of others...

unless it becomes personal

and even then they may see themselves as a special case

i.e. "Why is this happening to ME?"

It happens to everyone...

there may be too many used to having their own way

and unfortunately their tantrums will not solve any problems...

may indeed add to those problems...

as always it is a matter of personal awareness and a sense of

responsibility which as we can see for ourselves these days

is utterly lacking...

we build a better world one person at a time

but now we few seem to be outnumbered...

because too many will not get with that program...
